Dr. Cheng-Chun Chang is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Electrical Engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. He received the B.Sc. degree from National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 2001, the M.Sc. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree from University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, USA in 2008, all in electrical engineering. During 2005, he was a Postgraduate Student with Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA. He was a Principal Engineer with NanoLambda, Pittsburgh, PA, USA during 2009. He joined the National Taipei University of Technology as an Assistant Professor in August 2009 and became an Associate Professor in 2013. His current research interests include general area of digital signal processing, wireless communications, and the application of signal processing techniques to optical and biomedical applications. Dr. Chang is a member of IEEE and OSA..
